Czy jeżeli dostanę od banku 90% różnicy wynikającej ze wzrostu kursu franka od dnia wzięcia kredytu do chwili obecnej, a za parę lat kurs franka spadnie, to czy będę musiał oddać te pieniądze?

Szkoda, że szef KNF nie martwi się o tych co wzięli kredyty i często muszą spłacać drugie tyle. Dziesięć z 15 banków będzie musiała oddać swoje roczne zyski....STRASZNE. To może frankowicze oddadzą bankom swoje roczne zyski w stosunku do kredytów złotówkowych

dokładnie ten sam Pan tylko po tym jak zaproponowal pewnie na dywaniku u prezesow bankow wyladowal i szybko mu wyliczyli, ze musieliby oddac frankowicza wiec niech sie szybko wycofa z tego pomysłu.

Banki i tak juz swoje zarobiły. Zmniejszy sie jedynie ich zysk z tych kredytów a dalej będą i tak na nich zarabiać.

- Dzisiaj mają aktywa w walucie, we franku i nagle jak ci przyjdą przewalutować, to oni muszą coś z tymi frankami zrobić. Jeżeli oni będą mieli aktywa w złotych, to muszą mieć w złotych. To jeszcze zobowiązania, więc muszą iść po depozyty. Nie wiem jak. Albo pójść do NBP-u, innej możliwości nie ma - twierdzi szef KNF.
Co on opowiada, jakie aktywa. Kredyty są denominowane do Franka a obsługa kredytu jest i tak w PLN więc nie mozna mówic o przetrzymywanych aktywach we Franku gdyż jest to tylko zapis księgowy i nijak ma sie do rzeczywistości.

Nawet w przypadku kredytów indeksowanych do franka, bank udzielając ich otwierał długą pozycję w walucie, co oznacza, że bank był narażony na ryzyko spadku kursu i musiał (w zasadzie musi) się przed spadkiem kursu zabezpieczyć (takie są regulacje), czyli zawrzeć transakcję odwrotną (CIRS/FX swap), tj. taka gdzie komuś płaci we frankach (lub płaci kwotę indeksowaną do franka), a dostaje złote i tym samym zyskuje przy spadku kursu, a traci przy wzroście i w ten sposób poprzez 2 transakcje wychodzi na zero przy każdej zmianie kursu walutowego. Także te zapisy nie do końca tak nijak się mają do rzeczywistości. Zresztą jeśli banki taką furę kasy zarobiły na frankach, czemu ich wyniki nigdy nie odstawały znacząco od banków, które tego typu kredytów nie udzielały (na przestrzeni lat 2008-2014 srednie ROE mBanku 13,1%, Millennium 9,7%, podczas gdy ROE Handlowego i INGu, które nie udzielały frankowych kredytów lub udzielały mało wynosiło średnio, 11,8% i 12,4%). |

I zamiast inwestować polski kapitał w biznes, który daje wysokie stopy zwrotu, pchać w przeregulowany sektor z małymi perspektywami wzrostu i coraz niższymi stopami zwrotu, za to dużymi ryzykami, a zagraniczne banki wygonione przez państwo i tak wrócą tylko na zasadzie prowadzenia działalności bankowej w formie oddziału, tylko teraz naprawdę nie będą płaciły u nas podatków i nie będą podlegały pod KNF.

I zamiast inwestować polski kapitał w biznes, który daje wysokie stopy zwrotu, pchać w przeregulowany sektor z małymi perspektywami wzrostu i coraz niższymi stopami zwrotu, za to dużymi ryzykami, a zagraniczne banki wygonione przez państwo i tak wrócą tylko na zasadzie prowadzenia działalności bankowej w formie oddziału, tylko teraz naprawdę nie będą płaciły u nas podatków i nie będą podlegały pod KNF.

Tak sie zastanawiam, jak mozna tak szybko stracic pamiecw dniu 21.01.2015r "W środę przewodniczący KNF Andrzej Jakubiak zasugerował, że osoba, która zaciągnęła kredyt walutowy, mogłaby mieć prawo do przewalutowania go na złote nawet po kursie z dnia wzięcia kredytu, ale powinna wtedy pokryć różnicę między faktycznie poniesionym kosztem spłaty tego kredytu, a tym, który poniosłaby, gdyby od początku był to kredyt złotowy."
Panie Jakubiak ja rozumiem, że ma Pan krótką paięc ale bez jaj, internet i Pana słowa zostały zapisane na stronach i sa do wglądu.

1. KNF jest instytucją, którą przeklinają banki i inne instytucje finansowe bo trzyma sektor finansowy za twarz. To też, jeden z najsilniej działających na branżę instrumentów państwowych w Europie.
2. Zastanów się, jak banki zasypią te 22 mld, dopłacając do przewalutowania frankowiczów? Banki zarabiają pieniądze na wszystkich klientach, nie tylko na tych, którzy mają kredyt we frankach. Te 22 mld zapłacimy wszyscy. Ogromne koszty tej idiotycznej ustawy, pisanej pod wybory, poniosą wszyscy Polacy, nawet tacy ignoranci jak ty.

A co panie z KNF sraczka w spodniach. Dość robienia klijentów w konia. Banki na frankowiczach zbiły fortuny i zarobiły krocie. Nagrody pracownicy banków mają coraz wyższe a i zarobki jedne z wyższych. Oddanie zabranych frankowiczom trochę pienierdzy nie spowoduje im biedy. KNF to nic innego jak lobbowanie banków i troska by im nawet jeden włosik z głowy nie wypadł. |
