Obce banki nie nasz kłopot obłowili się jak zwykle w biednych krajach PL, H , CS, CRO itp. a w bankach nie było FF a w Niemczech nie było takich kredytów ! KNF spał a teraz chroni nie tych których powinien !

To się zagraniczne banki za grosze wykupi a KNF wypłaci klientom tych banków odszkodowania. Powinni przez lata uskładać byle nie w tych bankach i na ten cel duże pieniądze. PZU już to robi z Aliorem.

Tak, zamiast inwestować polski kapitał w biznes, który daje wysokie stopy zwrotu, pchać w przeregulowany sektor z małymi perspektywami wzrostu i coraz niższymi stopami zwrotu, za to dużymi ryzykami, a zagraniczne banki wygonione przez państwo i tak wrócą tylko na zasadzie prowadzenia działalności bankowej w formie oddziału, tylko teraz naprawdę nie będą płaciły u nas podatków i nie będą podlegały pod KNF.

Jeżeli wszyscy kredytobiorcy skorzystają z przewalutowania, sektor bankowy będzie uboższy o około 22 miliardy złotych. To szacunki Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego. Jeżeli nie zmienią się założenia ustawy, stabilność tej branży może być zagrożona, twierdzi KNF.

Według przewodniczącego Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego Andrzeja Jakubiaka problemem jest między innymi to, że regulacja zakłada jednorazowe obciążenie banków.

- To już nie chodzi o to, że zwiększono kwotę umorzenia. To, co jest niezwykle istotne, to jest to uderzenie jednorazowe. Projekt pierwotny zakładał rozłożenie tego na trzy lata i kwota, o której tutaj mówimy, to jest wpływ na wynik jednorazowy - mówi Jakubiak.

Jak podkreśla, niektóre instytucje finansowe będą musiały przeznaczyć na przewalutowanie wieloletnie zyski. - Mamy 15 banków, które są zaangażowane w kredyty frankowe. W stosunku do dziesięciu to jest ponad roczny wynik, a w stosunku do sześciu jest to trzykrotność tego wyniku. Są takie banki, gdzie to jest jeszcze większa krotność - wylicza.

Szkoda , że KNF nie martwił się tak mocno o kredytobiorców namawianych na kredyty nominowane we frankach szwajcarskich.

Panie szefie KNF ! Niech się Pan popuka kilka razy w główkę i sam policzy o jakie pieniądze chodzi a nie cytuje info z prasy. Niech się Pan też zastanowi nad legalnością umów o kredyt złotówkowy waloryzowany kursem waluty obcej.
Obawiam się jednak, że to przekracza Pana możliwości intelektualne, niestety. Jak całej obecnej ekipy.

Podobno problem tkwi u Czechów bo ich elektrownia atomowa zużywa za dużo prądu i stąd te przejściowe trudności w Polsce.

Po sygnałach od pasażerów odbywających podróż w niesprawnych wagonach pociągów PKP Intercity "Sobieski" relacji Wiedeń - Gdynia Główna i Intercity "Pobrzeże" relacji Warszawa Zachodnia - Kołobrzeg, podjęto decyzję o natychmiastowym przeprowadzeniu ponownych kontroli tych pociągów, a nieprawidłowości zgłaszane przez pasażerów potwierdziły się.

UTK pisze, że oznacza to brak wewnętrznego nadzoru przewoźnika nad jakością warunków podróży i bezpieczeństwa pasażerów.

Według UTK w połowie wagonów składu pociągu system klimatyzacji był niesprawny, a temperatura znacząco przekraczała dopuszczalne normy. Niesprawne składy zostały wyłączone z eksploatacji.
